The Eagles looked like a team lacking passion Sunday night when they were smacked in the mouth by the Cowboys in Dallas, and one play epitomized the entire night.
Looking to make their way back into the game with a push late, Carson Wentz stepped into a deep ball intended for WR Nelson Agholor, who for some reason, decided to give up on the ball that appeared easily catchable.
If Nelson Agholor is on this roster next Sunday, I am starting a riot. pic.twitter.com/tavx9X9tET

An alternate angle of the play has emerged, and looks even more egregious on the part of Agholor.

The only explanation as Agholor was thinking, “You can’t drop a pass if you don’t attempt to catch it!”
