NFL Draft Prospect WR Jerry Jeudy Wears A Star of David Necklace Because “People Sometimes Call Him Jew”

During his media session at the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine, Alabama WR Jerry Jeudy was spotted wearing a “Star of David” necklace.

Many people wondered if Juedy was Jewish.. because why else would he be wearing a Star of David necklace, right?

Well, Juedy isn’t Jewish and his reasoning for wearing the necklace is well.. odd:

That’s right. Jerry’s last name is Jeudy and people “sometimes” call him ‘Jew’ so that’s where he has to wear the Jewish star.

That explanation caused a reaction on social media that later prompted Jeudy to tweet an apology:

Jeudy has worn the chain in the past and displayed it on social media, even sharing a photo of him wearing it on the “Walk of Champions” before a game at Bryant-Denny Stadium last season:

Juedy is projected to be a high first round pick, with some mock draft’s have him going in the top 10.
