Pool Cleaner Suing After Ezekiel Elliott’s Dogs Attack Her, Shares Gruesome Injury Photos

For the second offseason in a row, Ezekiel Elliott just can’t seem to stay out of the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

The Dallas Cowboys star running back has found himself in a slew of predicaments when there isn’t football, which this year includes attending a party during the COVID-19 pandemic and eventually going on to contract the virus, say on a live stream that he is “faded,” and now having been sued for his dog attacking his pool cleaner.

Elliott is in hot water after his rottweiler and bulldogs attacked his pool cleaner at his Frisco, Texas home on March 11, with the victim claiming the dogs took chunks out of her forearm, while other bit at her legs, and she’s got the photos to prove it.

The injuries required emergency surgery, and after seeing the photos, it’s understandable why.

According to TMZ, the woman claims she’s still suffering both emotionally and physically and the suit is for $200k.

“Our client has been out of work since the incident happened in March,” the woman’s attorneys at Gardner Haas in Dallas, Texas tells us, “and the attack has scarred her for life — both physically and mentally.”

“Our client attempted to resolve this matter out of court, providing a description of what happened and pictures of her injuries, but Elliott didn’t bother to respond.”

Elliott’s team says that the pool cleaner was not supposed to be on his property at the time of the attack.
