The NFL is not wasting anytime.
On Sunday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that the NFL will begin their investigation into the Antonio Brown sexual assault allegations by meeting with the accuser, Brittney Taylor.
Given the nature of the allegations, the league wants to ramp up their investigation to determine if they will take any action on Brown.
While the NFL did not put Brown on the Commissioner Exempt List, they Rapoport reports that the league did not rule it out later this week.
Brown is active for the Patriots Week 2 game vs Miami Dolphins but nothing has been set in stone for the rest of the season.
