Ever since the Patriots loss in Super Bowl 52, Rob Gronkowski has hinted the idea that he might not return to the field in 2018 and retire. The latest controversy surrounding Gronk was his absence from the Patriots offseason workouts.
Instead of attending the team’s workouts, Gronk was spotted hanging out with a Sports Illustrated model.
On Saturday, Gronkowski was spotted at a Supercross event in Foxboro, Mass.
When asked what he’s been up to recently, he answered, “I’ve been training for this dirt biking.”
When asked if he would be attending the Patriots’ voluntary workouts, Gronk replied:
“No,” Gronkowski answered. “I’ve got dirt biking skills to work on.”
