The record formerly held by Dallas Cowboys longtime QB Tony Romo has now been broken.

Romo’s record of most career boos and most boos at one time both shattered as Roman Reigns entered the arena Sunday night.

With Romo’s seemingly insurmountable former record of 93,173 fans at one time, set on Thanksgiving last season vs the Panthers, 101,763 wrestling fans packed into Jerry’s world rained down (pun intended) boos in unison for Roman. It was even reported that fans were even yelling to the wrestler that they hope his parents die.

Then again, those preforming in Dallas should be used to that by now…

In an interview previous to this match, Reigns was asked about the boos he receives, saying, “It’s a tough one because there is no one answer. There is no one reason why someone would want to boo me. Maybe they don’t like what I wear, how I sound, maybe I did something to offend them, but for me, it’s hard because I’m under the microscope and I’m dealing with a lot of different things and there’s a lot of things flying my way.”

Despite the hate, Roman ended up taking the WrestleMania 32 belt.
