This Ezekiel Elliott drama will never end.
The Second Circuit Court has granted Ezekiel Elliott a temporary stay of his suspension, and he is eligible to play Week 9 against the Chiefs:

The longer this drags out, the worst it could be for Ezekiel Elliott and the Cowboys if he ends up having to serve a suspension as the Dallas Cowboys are fighting for playoff positioning in the NFC.
With that said, Elliott should fight this thing if he truly believes he is innocent.
