Steve Smith Jr., one of the greatest pound for pound NFL players ever, hung up his cleats Sunday. Though it was known the longtime Carolina Panthers and Baltimore Ravens WR was calling it quits before the game, Smith officially retired Friday with a letter to Roger Goodell, the NFL and the players association.
