The 31-year-old former Ravens and 49ers QB known for his college career over his pro career at this point was pulled over by Columbus, Ohio police Sunday morning at 2:38am, with his car smelling of pot of course.
Police found two blunts in the dash and was given a breathalyzer test, which recorded an blood alcohol level of 0.143, just a tad above the legal limit of 0.08.
Smith tried talking his way out of the arrest, which after watching the dash cam video from TMZ, didn’t help his case.
Asked how he’s doing: “I’m officer, sir. I’m officer.”
Asked his highest level of education: “My name is Troy Smith. I graduated from Ohio State with a degree in bachelors.”
Asked to recite the alphabet from C to W: “C. D. E. F. G. H. I. [sigh] [infinite pause]”
