Josh Norman was hit with a 15 yard penalty during the Seahawks-Redskins game for a horse-collar tackle of Jimmy Graham.
A slowed down video shows that not only did Norman tackle Graham in a dirty fashion, he punched him in the balls while getting up.

ESPN’s Michael Wilbon expressed his displeasure with the play on Twitter, with Norman firing back.
If officials are gonna throw guys out of games for dirty play then Josh Norman should be gone for the day for horse collar and cheap shot.
