The Cleveland Browns traded WR Corey Coleman to the Buffalo Bills last week for a 2020 late-round pick, shipping off the team’s last remaining first-round draft pick from the past 11 years.
HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’ revealed that it was in fact Coleman who asked the team for the trade, showing how Coleman asked head coach Hue Jackson to send him elsewhere following his demotion to second team during training camp.

“Why am I running second team?” Coleman asked Jackson during Tuesday’s episode of “Hard Knocks.” “That s–t’s crazy to me.
“If y’all don’t want me to play, why don’t y’all just trade me?” added Coleman, after Jackson told him to talk to offensive coordinator Todd Haley about his role.
