Pete Carroll and Will Ferrell are good pals, with the two having met through their connection with USC. On Thursday, the Seattle head coach and comedian thought they’d put some smiles on Seahawks players during a team meeting with a little prank.
Carroll set up the ZOOM call by telling his team that they would be meeting new Seahawks tight end Greg Olsen virtually, beginning the call by reading off Olsen’s resume and accolades before tossing it to him to introduce himself, which turned out to be Ferrell instead.
