After speculation that Adrian Peterson could land in high-profile destinations like with the Patriots, Cowboys, Raiders or Giants, it appears as if the former MVP will be signing with New Orleans Saints.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the longtime Vikings running back who was cut by Minnesota earlier this offseason is “closing in” on a 1-year deal with the Saints worth $3 million.
