Johnny Manziel is being sued for $25 million after Samantha Schacher said the former Texas A&M quarterback and current Cleveland Browns QB sexually harassed her over the course of three months.
According to the brief that was filed in Florida, the women says that Manziel was sending her “naked selfies” and calling her non stop on her phone. The lawsuit also alleges that Manziel that Manziel sent her a naked photo with a hot dog bun around his penis, Manziel asked for a threesome with her and Dr. Drew.
In this bizarre lawsuit, it also claims that Manziel sent me a homemade video of himself at Walt Disney World on “It’s a Small World” ride in the Magic Kingdom, and while the song is on, he puts the camera down and unbuttons his pants, pulls his penis out and jingles his penis to the music.

Now the lawsuit is clearly a hoax although Manziel is being sued technically, it’s just mind blowing that the clerk of the court didn’t refuse this case. The lawsuit was filed on May 16th, 2014, the name of the plaintiff is Samantha Schacher, the real Samantha Schacher is a HLN contributor and co-host of the network’s Dr. Drew Show.
Although the lawsuit was a hoax, it’s still crazy the lengths people will go to try and ruin an NFL player’s career and kind of questions our court system, why would they even bother with crap like this?
