Johnny Manziel Looks Like A Skeleton Partying During The Day In Las Vegas

To say Johnny Manziel has fallen off is an understatement.

The once on top of the world Heisman winning quarterback and NFL first-round pick, now finds himself out of the league just two years later, partying during the daytime in Las Vegas.

Manziel was spotted by cameras at Wet Republic Las Vegas Thursday, looking skinny and tatted.
