Giants HC Ben McAdoo Uses Scene From ‘Step Brothers’ To Motivate His Team

The New York Giants have lost three in a row after starting 2-0 this season. A situation that leaves head coach Ben McAdoo searching for answers.

Apparently, McAdoo has turned to comedy.

The first year head coach used a scene from the comedic ‘Step Brothers’ to lift his team’s motivation.

Which scene would help a team’s motivation that’s lost three games in a row? The one where the 40-year old step brothers get bullied into licking dog poop by a bunch of teenagers:

Based off the scene, it’s pretty simple: The Baltimore Ravens are going to try and come into MetLife Stadium and bully the New York Giants on Sunday.

Via the New York Post, the Giants go the message loud and clear:

KR Dwayne Harris: “Basically he said was, ‘They’re gonna try to come in and try to bully us, We’re at our house, and we gotta come out and just play like it’s our house.”

OL Justin Pugh: “That this team’s gonna come in, they got some veteran guys, they’re gonna be bullies. But this is our house. This is our stadium. We set the tone, and we gotta come out and do that early in this game.”

WR Victor Cruz: “I kinda got that, you gotta just relax. At the end of the day, it’s just a game, we just gotta go out there and play, and play it at a high level, but it’s just a game. We just gotta relax and play the game, and have a little fun, and realize that it’s football, but we gotta smile at the same time, you know?”

Whether or not this motivational tactic will work or not is yet to be known, but one thing is for sure, the Giants aren’t planning on eating any dog poop on Sunday.
