Let’s get one thing straight, the NFL drug testing policy is not “random” and nothing proves that more than this situation involving New York Giants LB Jonathan Casillas.
Over the weekend, the Giants linebacker posted a picture of himself holding a cigar while vacationing in the Macao with the hashtag “I know it looks like a blunt.”
Just a few hours after Casillas posted the picture on his Instagram, he received this message from the league office:
