The kicking woes should be no more in Minnesota.
After perhaps the worst display of kicking in franchise history, the Minnesota Vikings have signed kicker Dan Bailey, formerly of the Dallas Cowboys.
The #Vikings, loaded basically everywhere, have just agreed to terms with the second most accurate kicker in NFL history. Dan Bailey waited for the right deal, now lands in Minnesota.

Bailey, the second most accurate kicker in league history, has a 88.2% make rate for field goals over the course of his career.
The Vikings ended up tying the Packers at Lambeau Sunday during the first of their biannual matchup, losing primarily to special teams. Kicker Daniel Carlson, who has since been released by the team, missed not one, not two, but three field goals against Green Bay.
Carlson was a fifth round pick of the Vikings in this year’s draft.
Following kicking issues of their own Sunday, the Cleveland Browns were turned down by Bailey, signing former Dolphins kicker Greg Joseph instead.
