With the Packers only trailing two with just over two minutes left in the Packers matchup against the undefeated Rams in LA Sunday, Ty Montgomery fumbled a kickoff that gave the Rams the football and losing the game.

He’s now been sacrificed for robbing us of witnessing an almost sure game-winning drive courtesy of Aaron Rodgers.

It was revealed after the game that Montgomery was told by Packers coaches to catch the ball and down it in the end zone to of course protect what happened from happening and giving Rodgers an extra play with the two minute warning approaching. We’ll never know what would have happened.
The Ravens are shipping a 2020 7th-round pick in return for the RB.
No word yet on if Montgomery fumbled his phone when he received the call.
