Last year, Redskins QB Alex Smith suffered a gruesome leg injury against the Houston Texans that knocked him out of football. The injury was so bad that Smith had to have 17 surgeries.
He’s still not returned to the field because of it and questions remain whether Smith will ever play again.
But despite the seriousness of the injury, Smith is still able to make light of the situation and did so on Halloween.
Smith, alongside his wife and kids decided to use his injured leg as a prop for their Halloween costume.

Smith has ditched the leg brace and despite the fact that a return to the field is still up in the air, Smith is not going to go down without a fight.
He’s made it clear, his goal is to return to the field.
