Alecia Kitts drove an hour and a half from Marietta to Logan, Ohio to watch her son’s seventh grade football game, and she ended up at the police station.
During the game’s first quarter, she was approached and asked to leave for not following that rules that fans must wear a mask at all times. She was then told by a Logan Police Department officer to do the same, and when she refused was told to leave. After refusing to leave, she resisted being escorted out and forced the officer to restrain her and use a taser.
