Las Vegas Raiders safety Johnathan Abram suffered a Grade 2 AC joint sprain and had a small piece of his collarbone chipped off, causing some internal bleeding after he crashed into a TV cart during the Raiders 34-24 victory on Monday Night Football in Week 2.
The Raiders safety laid on his back for a while after he crashed into the TV cart because he had the wind knocked out of him. After undergoing an X-ray, it was determined that Abram also suffered a significant fracture, according to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Abram finished the game and has practiced fully this week and will start today’s game against the New England Patriots.
