Ok, this is pretty wild.
Since 2004, the winner of the Chicago Bears-Indianapolis Colts regular season game has successfully predicted the outcome of the Presidential election.
The Bears and Colts (like every AFC-NFC matchup) play each other every four years, which happens to be an election year. The Bears’ winning in 2008 and 2012 coincided with Barack Obama winning the election. And when the Colts beat the Bears in 2004 and 2016, Republicans George W. Bush and Donald Trump won the presidential election.
If Sunday’s Bears-Colts game follows suit to the previous matchups, then Donald Trump is likely to be re-elected:
