Baker Mayfield Threw The Longest Pass Ever Recorded In NFL History On Monday

If one were to guess who holds the record for the longest throw in an NFL game, you may guess Jamarcus Russell, Patrick Mahomes, or Josh Allen – but that title now belongs to Baker Mayfield.

The Cleveland quarterback chucked an absolute rocket downfield at the end of the second half of Monday night’s Browns-Ravens game, throwing it over 70 yards in the air, a few yards too far with the ball sailing out of the back of the end zone.

Thought the hail marry wasn’t successful, Mayfield’s throw turned out to be the longest pass during a game in the history of the league.

The Browns dropped the game 47 to 42.
