76-Year-Old Steelers Fan Passed Away After Team Went Into Overtime Against 0-8 Lions In Week 10

The difference between Steelers fans and Lions fans is that fans in Detroit at this point are numb to disappointment, something that fans in Pittsburgh have a little harder of a time dealing with.

That unfortunately was exactly the case for Wayne Olexa, who passed away in his home two weeks ago when his Steelers were forced to go into overtime against the winless Detroit Lions, according to his obituary.

The 76-year-old never got to see the rest of the game after taking his last breath on the couch in his Crafton, PA home, and well, he didn’t miss much.
