For the second time in a few years, United Airlines is at the center of an assault controversy.
Former Denver Broncos cornerback Brendan Langley was arrested this weekend after beating up a United Airlines employee at Newark Liberty International Airport. A video show the altercation, in which Langley appears to initiate the physicality, which is returned from the employee, and finished by Langley in a bloody mess.
Local authorities did not arrest the employee despite Langley claiming he threw the first punch.
Langley, drafted by the Broncos in 2017 and currently a player for the CFL Stampeders, was charged with simple assault.
