Zac Taylor Gives Update On When Joe Burrow Will Return After Surgery To Get Appendix Removed

Earlier this week, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow underwent an appendectomy earlier this week and has been away from the team’s training camp ever since.

Despite the absence, there still doesn’t appear to be any concern that Burrow will be out for too long but as it stands right now, the Bengals don’t have a firm date for when their superstar quarterback will be back:

Zac Taylor would not offer any updates on when Joe Burrow might return to the Bengals facility following his appendectomy. Burrow had the surgery Wednesday but hasn’t been back.

Taylor said he’s talked to “his entire family, but you want to leave him alone to an extent.”

The Bengals play the Cardinals in their first preseason game on Aug. 13.
