Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is fed up with people making stuff up about him.
During his weekly appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show”, NFL insiders Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter were brought up during the conversation and Rodgers lost it, saying both insiders “don’t know shit about him”, adding that no one in his “inner-circle” talk to either Schefter or Rapoport.
Rodgers and the Packers are coming off a terrible season where they finished 8-9 and missed out on the postseason for the first time in four years. The 39-year-old has yet to announce if he will play next season or simply walk away altogether.
Rodgers has also been the subject of trade rumors since the end of Green Bay’s season. Even if he returns to football in 2023, there is no guarantee that it’ll be with the Packers.
The four-time MVP and future Hall of Famer plans to undergo a darkness retreat, hoping it will help him make a decision on his playing future. For now, we wait and see how the cards unfold.
