In early March, Jackson Mahomes was criminally investigated for sexual battery after he seemingly forcibly kissed a Kansas City bar owner multiple times in an incident that was caught on camera.
Two months later, and that investigation has lead to an arrested.
21-year-old infamous social media personality and younger brother of NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was taken into custody by local law enforcement. His bond was set at $100,000.
Aggravated sexual battery in a Level 5 felony in Kansas and is punishable by up to 43 months in prison and a $300,000 fine.
