REPORT: Denver Broncos Are Releasing OLB Frank Clark

The “tear down” in Denver has begun.

One week after trading OLB Randy Gregory to the San Francisco 49ers, the Broncos are planning to release OLB Frank Clark on Friday.

The Broncos signed Clark to a one-year, $5.45 million deal this offseason and recently restructured his contract in an effort to facilitate a trade but so far there are no takers so the team will release him by 4 p.m. eastern time on Friday:

A number of teams are considered potential options for Clark including a reuinion with the Chiefs or Seahawks as well as the Falcons, Ravens and Los Angeles Rams.
