NFL Fans Were Livid After FOX Had To Leave Ending Of 49ers-Browns Due To Horrible NFL TV Rule

The ending of the 49ers-Browns game was easily the most exciting finish to Sunday’s early slate of games, but unfortunately, many across the country missed it thanks to a dumb NFL rule.

The 49ers were trailing 19-17 and driving down field with 1:36 remaining, FOX’s Curt Menefee came on the air and explained they had to leave the game for all markets that had teams playing in the 4:25 p.m. ET games due to the NFL’s broadcast rule.

This didn’t sit well with fans who went from being on the edge of their seat to seeing Zach Wilson running out of the tunnel:
