Giants Rookie CB Deonte Banks Mocks Commanders For Not Drafting After Win: “F*** Them”

Back in last April’s 2023 NFL Draft, the Washington Commanders drafted Emmanuel Forbes with the No. 16 pick. Five picks later, the Giants selected Deonte Banks out of Maryland.

Banks didn’t forget that.

Following the Giants’ 31-19 win over the Commanders, completing the season sweep, Banks took to Instagram Live to blast the Commanders.

“They could have came and got me at 16 and they didn’t. Now I’m 2-0 against you bum ass boys,” Banks said. “F*** the Commanders. They think they’re slick.”

Banks then took a shot at Terry McLaurin. Washington’s star wide receiver caught five of seven targets for 43 yards.

“Did 17 play today? That’s all I want to know,” he said.
