Just 11 games into the new regime of the Carolina Panthers, Frank Reich is gone.
Frank Reich was the arguable hottest name in regard to possible coaching hires less than a few years ago, but after a disappointing 3-5-1 start to the Indianapolis Colts’ season in 2022, Reich was relieved of his duties.
In January, Reich was hired by the Carolina Panthers, and then was seemingly sitting pretty with the franchise opting to trade up to the No. 1 overall pick a few months later in March.
That move has of course yet to pan out, with the Panthers dropped to 1-10 Sunday and Bryce Young continuing to look like the worst of the QBs selected in the top of the draft.
After a sad 4th and 6 call that lost Sunday’s game against the Titans, Panthers owner David Tepper made the decision to fired Reich before the conclusion of the season.
