The weather forecasted for Chiefs-Dolphins on Saturday evening is so cold, that not even diehard Chiefs fans are willing to brave it for four hours.
With an arctic blast making it’s way south towards the Kansas/Missouri border, temperatures for Saturday’s Wildcard matchup are expected to make it one of the coldest NFL games ever, with a forecast of temperatures hovering around 0 degrees and a wild chill of NEGATIVE THIRTY DEGREES in what the National Weather Service is calling “dangerously cold”.
The conditions are expected to be so brutal, tickets for the game have plummeted to near $50 – for an NFL playoff game in Kansas City of all places.
Heck, even 50-yard-line tickets are selling for less than $300.
The game will be broadcasted exclusively on NBC’s Peacock, and for what one would pay for a subscription for the game, you could just afford tickets to watch the action in person.
