Former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel is joining the Cleveland Browns coaching staff as a consultant, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Field Yates.
Vrabel was fired by Titans after a 6-11 season after serving as the head coach from 2018 to 2023.
In his six years in Tennessee, Vrabel led the Titans to three playoff appearances while winning two AFC South division titles. The most success came in 2019, when he took the Titans to their first AFC Championship Game since 2022, losing to the eventual Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs.
Despite the success, Vrabel shockingly didn’t land another head coaching job despite they’re being eight head coaching vacancies.
