The Florida State Seminoles opened the 2024 season with a seven-play, 75-yard touchdown drive that was capped off with a 28-yard touchdown run from Lawrence Toafili.
After the score, the Seminoles decided to go for two and that was a successful.
Toafili had 463 rushing yards and four touchdowns for Florida State in 2023. If this opening drive was any indication of what’s to come this season, he could play a major role in Mike Norvell’s offense.

Georgia Tech answered Florida State’s opening drive with an impressive drive of their own — going 79 yards on six plays to score a touchdown.
