The Philadelphia Eagles picked up an emotional 15-12 win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 3 after trailing in the fourth quarter. The win improved the Eagles to 2-1 on the season.
Emotions were running high as the Eagles wrapped up the victory as defensive tackle Jalen Carter had to be held back by multiple people on the sideline as he taunted the Saints crowd and some players. Head coach Nick Sirianni, defensive line coach Clint Hurtt and “Big Dom” DiSandro all tried to calm Carter the best they could.
Carter’s antics didn’t sit well with Sirianni, who looked the most agitated by his behavior.
Nonetheless, the Eagles got the much-needed win and will now travel to Tampa to take on the Buccaneers next week.
