James Franklin Stopped Penn State Players From Planting Flag On USC Field After Win

Penn State head coach James Franklin abruptly stopped a Nittany Lions player from planting a team flag at midfield of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum after Penn State’s 33-30 overtime win over USC.

With a Penn State player holding the flag near the USC logo and a few others nearby appearing to enjoy the spectacle, Franklin quickly appeared and put a halt it. Franklin shook his finger at the player before grabbing the flag himself and walking it over to someone else while saying “take that.”
