We are entering that time of the season where NFL games can be fixed based on how appealing they are or not and the NFL is wasting no time making some changes to the upcoming schedule.
In Week 9, the Philadelphia Eagles were scheduled to host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday Night Football, however that game has been deemed not worthy for primetime and the NFL announced that that game is being flexed to 4:25 p.m. ET and replacing it will be the Minnesota Vikings, who sit at 5-1, hosting the Indianapolis Colts.
The Vikings will host the Indianapolis Colts, now 4-3 after Sunday’s win over the Miami Dolphins, at 8:20 p.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 2. NBC will broadcast the game, which was originally slated for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff.
Indianapolis is set to take on the Houston Texans on the road this Sunday, while the Vikings will travel to play the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football.
