Amid rumros that the New York Giants are benching quarterback Daniel Jones, the team sent two key members of their front office to Boulder, Colorado for Saturday’s game between the Buffaloes and the Utah Utes.
According to Sports Illustrated‘s Bryan Fischer, Giants general manager Joe Schoen and director of player personnel Tim McDonald are in attendance to watch the top prospects Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter lead the Buffaloes against Utah.
While in attendance at Folsom Field, the Giants general manager was heckled by a presumed Giants fans, urging him to bench Daniel Jones and play Drew Lock.

It’s been a rough year for Joe Schoen as his investment in Daniel Jones (4-year, $160 million) been a complete disaster and what makes it worse is Saquon Barkley, who he let walk for nothing, has been balling in Philadelphia.
There are major questions in New York with many wondering if Schoen and Brian Daboll will get another year but if they do, they clearly have their sights on Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders.
