The Eagles rookie pass rusher is a front runner for Defensive Rookie of the Year and has been on absolute tear. Tonight’s matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles would make for a tough test for the rookie from Florida State and so far, he seems up for the challenge.
During the second quarter, Verse completely bulldozed Eagles left tackle Jordan Mailata, dropping him to the ground and nearly generating a sack on Jalen Hurts.
