Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby is expected to undergo season-ending arthroscopic ankle surgery, Adam Schefter reports.
The Raiders star has been dealing with ankle issues throughout the year, causing him to miss a Week 4 game against the Cleveland Browns. Crosby first injured his ankle in Week 2 against the Ravens.
The three-time Pro Bowl pass-rusher was already ruled out of Las Vegas’ clash with the Atlanta Falcons on Monday prior to the surgery announcement.
The Raiders (2-11) will host the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football.
