Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered a scary ankle injury during Sunday’s win over the Cleveland Browns. He left the game and was limping significantly.
According to Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio, Mahomes is expected to be “week-to-week” moving forward.
After the game, Mahomes walked out of the locker room before leaving on a cart:
Carson Wentz stepped in after the injury and will start in place of Mahomes if he misses any time.
