BREAKING: Georgia QB Carson Beck Has Declared For The 2025 NFL Draft

Another quarterback is entering his name into the 2025 NFL Draft.

Georgia quarterback Carson Beck has announced his intent to declare for the NFL Draft in an Instagram post on Saturday, writing:

“The past five years at the University of Georgia have been nothing short of a dream come true and I will forever cherish the memories that have been made.”

Beck played four years at Georgia, starting each of the past two. He finishes his collegiate career with 58 touchdowns passes.

Under Beck, Georgia went 13-1 with an Orange Bowl victory in 2023. The Bulldogs went 11-2 in his 2024 starts, including a SEC Championship win and the No. 2 seed in the College Football Playoff.

Unfortunately, Beck suffered a UCL injury to his right elbow during the SEC Championship Game while attempting a Hail Mary pass to end the first half of UGA’s eventual 22-19 win against Texas on Dec. 8. He was declared out for the season on Dec. 23. However, he’s expected to begin throwing by the spring and make a full recovery.
