
The Washington Commanders are really going for it.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Washington Commanders have acquired left tackle Laremy Tunsil from the Houston Texans one exchange for a 2026 second-round pick, a 2026 third-round pick, and a 2025 fourth-round pick to the Texans. The Texans are sending a fourth-round pick to the Commanders, with Tunsil.
Tunsil as two years remaining on his current deal and will likely be inline for another contract extension. Tunsil, 30, was a first round pick of the Miami Dolphins in 2016 and have three years, he was traded to Houston.
The Commanders get a left tackle to protect Jayden Daniels’ blindside.
