During Monday’s episode of Today, the NFL revealed the season-opening game for the 2025 campaign will pit the reigning champions against the Dallas Cowboys at Lincoln Financial Field.
The NFL traditionally starts its new season with the reigning champion hosting a game, and the Philly faithful will definitely be ready to celebrate when their hated rivals come to town for the 8:20 p.m. ET game that will air on NBC and Peacock.

The full 2025 schedule will be released Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET during live shows on NFL Network and ESPN2. What’s more, Monday’s announcement on Today was the first of a handful of select reveals that will happen leading up to the full schedule release.
