BREAKING: Commanders And WR Terry McLaurin Reach Agreement On A Three-Year Contract Extension

Terry McLaurin got paid.

According to multiple reports, the Washington Commanders and wide receiver Terry McLaurin have reached an agreement on a three-year, $96 million contract extension that will end his holdout and allow to prepare for the Commanders’ season opener against the New York Giants.

McLaurin was a hold-in throughout training camp and the preseason. He spent some time on PUP as he dealt with an ankle injury but was later removed which signaled that an extension was close.

The Washington Commanders, coming off a season where they reached the NFC Championship Game, are hoping the duo of McLaurin and quarterback Jayden Daniels can repeat the success of 2024.
