
The Detroit Lions clearly haven’t lost their ability to run trick plays.
During Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals, the ran one of their signature trick plays with running back David Montgomery throwing a touchdown pass to tight end Brock Wright.
Montgomery returned to Cincinnati where he attended high school at Mount Healthy High School.
“Airing it out like he did at Mount Healthy High School!” Fox play-by-play announcer Kevin Kugler said during the broadcast.
Montgomery played quarterback in high school for the Owls. It was his second NFL touchdown pass.
