AJ Brown Blames Jalen Hurts For Missed TD Pass In Loss vs Broncos: “From My Point Of View, It Was Just A Miss”

It’s pretty clear at this point that A.J. Brown and Jalen Hurts’ relationship is not well.

Enter Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos, there has been a lot of speculation about A.J. Brown’s growing frustration with the Eagles offense and he didn’t exactly do anything to dispel the speculation after the game when he was asked about a play where he and Jalen Hurts couldn’t connect on a touchdown during the 21-17 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Speaking with reporters after the game, A.J. Brown deflected blame on the missed touchdown, instead pointing the finger directly at his quarterback, Hurts: “From my point of view it was just a miss.”

The Eagles fell to the Broncos, 21-17, after Denver scored 18 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to overcome a 17-3 deficit. Brown finished the game with just five receptions for 43 yards.
