Puka Nacua wasted no time.
Following the Rams’ 38-37 overtime loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Puka Nacua grabbed his phone in the locker room and criticized the referees on Twitter/X.
“Can you say i was wrong. Appreciate you stripes for your contribution. Lol”, Nacua posted immediately after the game.
The tweet has since been deleted.
Nacua had a great game, hauling in 12 receptions for 225 yards and two touchdowns but he was clearly not happy with the officials.
This is the second time Nacua has criticized the referees. Earlier this week, during a live stream with Adin Ross and N3on, Puka claimed referees make calls just to get on TV.
“The refs are the worst,” Nacua said. “… Some of the rules aren’t … These guys want to be … these guys are lawyers. They want to be on TV too. You don’t think he’s texting his friends in the group chat like, ‘Yo, you guys just saw me on “Sunday Night Football.” That wasn’t P.I., but I called it.’”
He’ll likely see a major fine for these comments and the latest tweet.
